    I love your 'help' graphics!!!

    some lines for "How can I help u" slide, simply coz we don't want to have etc.'s

    * I need a book from the school program
    * I forgot the name of the book
    * What is the difference between genres?
    * How can I listen to an audiobook?
    * How to download a book?
